MCS, adapter for Mikuni HSR to CV air cleaner

Aluminum. Mounts to the air cleaner backplate. Used mount any air cleaner, with the Keihin CV (Constant Vacuum) carburetor mount pattern, to a Mikuni HSR 42, 45 or 48 carburetor. Includes o-ring and mounting bolts.
