Universal black handlebar mounting bracket with rubber inlay. -All measurements taken with clamp fully closed. -ID with 2 rubber strips used, about 19.5 mm. -ID with 1 rubber strip used, about 23.5 mm. -ID with 0 rubber strips used, about 30.0 mm. -Width of bracket is 25.5 mm. -The fastener used is a hex head 5/16”- 18 x 2”.
